●TERMS OF SERVICE●

By commissioning me you are agreeing with the Terms of Service listed below.

>General Terms<

●You can contact me on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook @Astreasforest or email [email protected]●The entire process and conversations will be made through one of those social media.●All information provided must be clear and concise. You must add visual references.●Do not appropriate, copy or sell my work.

> Payment <

●Payments must be made in advance, although if the amount is more than $20USD, it is possible to pay in two installments by agreement. In this case, the first payment will be made before the sketch phase begins and the second payment will be made before the final product is received. No finished illustration will be delivered until the agreed upon price has been paid.● The price list is an estimate and the price may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order (armor, stylized hair, floral arrangements, etc.). The total cost will be discussed between the artist and the client, and once the order is accepted, there will be no further changes to the established price.● The price list does not include commercial use. If it is for commercial use, an additional amount would be added depending on the size of the project.● Payment methods is through PayPal. Payment can be done through paypal and debit card (Only Mexico).● Paypal fees are included in the prices listed.

> Revisions and delivery <

● All prices include reviewing, any necessary changes will only be made at the sketch stage, once the sketch is approved only minimal changes such as color will be allowed. Once the sketch is approved there will be NO REFUNDS.● For security reasons, all artwork, including sketches and revisions, will be watermarked. If artwork is requested without a watermark, an additional 40% will be charged, but only for the final product. Artwork for review will always be watermarked, no exceptions.● For commissions, it is possible to provide the line art in a transparent PNG file. However, no original files are provided as part of the service.● I will send you updates on a regular basis, but feel free to ask me for updates if you want to see more of the process.● The estimated turnaround time will depend on the commission and whether I'm working on a multiplier commission.● In general, I take between two weeks and a month to complete a commission. However, I will always inform you of the time that the commission will take and I can adapt to the client's needs as long as they respect that I work from Monday to Thursday.● If you need a specific date, you MUST give me at least a week's notice.● The work will be sent via Google Drive. You will receive a link to your email where the folder containing the files is located.

> Intellectual Property Rights and Fees <

● I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints).
● If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know in the order form.● Please, DO NOT re-sell the commission.● DO NOT edit my work.● Commissions are not to be used or sold as cryptocurrency, NFT's or A.I training.☼︎~You as a customer can...☼︎● Repost the art with proper credit to my social media handle.● Print the art for your personal use only and not for profit.● Use it as your display picture or header on social media.
